Code of Conduct

These rules and regulations are mandatory reading for ALL members of the clan, and are to be followed at all times. Failure to follow these rules may result in your application being denied, or your membership of the clan being removed.

A Message from LNCC Leadership

Late Night CoOp Crew strives to be the best in the gaming community. We started this community to allow our members to have fun whilst being part of a family. However, to ensure we maintain a comfortable environment, we must follow the rules outlined below. Remember that while you are gaming with LNCC or wearing our tag, you are representing LNCC.

Cheating

In order to maintain our integrity within the community, LNCC enforces a "No Cheat" policy. This means that we do not tolerate any form of cheating or boosting in-game. Any member caught cheating will be immediately dismissed from the clan without question.

General Rules

No racism, sexism or any other form of "ism". We are here to create a comfortable environment for all members and guests. No excessive taunting or bullying. If someone asks you to stop, it means stop. Everybody has different tolerance levels when it comes to joking. If you have an issue, raise it with a member of leadership in private. Raising issues in the main chat or in threads will not help your situation and may even make matters worse.

In-Game Rules

Do not join another member's game session and deliberately play against the clan. Do not rage quit from games, leaving your team a man down. Always work as a team with other community-mates, nobody appreciates having their game messed up by someone who isn't working as part of the team. Always wear the appropriate clan tag. Do not get caught up in a battle of words with other members of the community. Remember that while you are playing with LNCC, you are representing LNCC. It is not necessary to lower yourself to somebody else's level.

Any breach of these rules will result in the warning procedure being followed

Warning Procedure

Verbal Warning - In the very first instance of misconduct being witnessed, the member will be given an up-front warning.

First Offense - A private message will be sent to the necessary member(s) informing the offender of their misconduct, and reminding them that any further misconduct will result in official warnings.

Second Offense - An official site warning will be given, along with a 2 week ban from the clan.

Third Offense - A full 30 day site ban will be issued, along with a permanent ban from the clan.

If the behavior continues, the member will be banned from the site and have their clan membership removed completely.

Final Word

Please do not take these rules lightly. They were written to ensure that all members are well looked after and treated fairly.
